Lack of communication contributes to my rating. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning, hadn’t heard anything regarding my repairs by Thursday afternoon at which point I called to check on the repairs. I would expect an update after a day or two.

Professional, very good communication on parts ordered. Job was completed on a timely manner accurately sooner than I expected. I was thrilled with a cuzzie left in my car with there phone number. This will definitely be my first choice if ever needed again. Thank you also for washing my car it was spotless.

When I look down the side of truck. In the garage I can see the body work. Not smooth. When I pick it up top of cab and chell was dusty. Guess you don't have a ladder to get to top of truck. I noticed battery terminals had scratches on them. My battery is new. Don't think it would have gone dead unless lights were left on. Hope my truck was not used to jump start another vehicle. I know every inch of my vehicles.(Toyota Tacoma)

Automated text messaging was misleading. Says car is ready to come home but wait for a phone call to pick up. I was questioned why I came to pick up before receiving a phone call. The lady at the front desk said she had no control over messaging.
