The car is not done. It has to go back in the shop because the paint job was not done right. So my car isn’t even finished yet.

There was no communication with me regarding the timing or status of my job. The final determination that my car was not repairable took longer than it should have. I was waiting on this determination which impacted how I move forward in obtaining future transportation.

In terms of the quality of the repair, it was great. In terms of time it took, regardless of the amount of damage, there was little to no communication and it took 2-3 weeks longer than expected.
