I was satisfied with the quality of the work done to repair my hail damaged Ford Explorer. It looked great when I picked it up. I was disappointed because I was originally told it would take two weeks to repair, and it wasn't ready until the EIGHTH week. I understand there was an issue replacing the door keypad, which added an additional week. I would have appreciated better communication regarding the delays. Rather than them contacting me when they weren't going to meet the promised delivery date, I was always the who had to call them and see if it was ready.

The only thing that wasnât perfect was that I told 2 different people about buffing the scratch on the side of my car, but it wasnât done when I came to pick it up. It was taken care of immediately though before I left, and i appreciated that. Thanks.
