We are satisfied with the repair work. However, it the vehicle wasn’t ready until several days after the original scheduled date so we had to pay out-of-pocket cost for our rental.

At first, I didn’t want to leave my car with Collision Care of Arlington because I thought the Hyundai dealership would do a better job. However, after visiting the Hyundai dealership in Springfield, I changed my mind and decided to return to Collision Care of Arlington. The staff welcomed me with open arms. They were polite, kind, and professional. Every time I called, they were helpful and friendly. Most importantly, they did an excellent job repairing my car, and I’m very happy with the service I received. Thank you so much for taking such good care of my car. They did a great job on the repairs to my car and the front office staff were a pleasure to work with. They they made all the arrangements for a rental car for me to use while they made the repairs on my car. The whole operation was smooth as could be.
