I am not satisfied with the repairs performed; the necessary work was not done, the damaged headlight was not replaced, and other parts were left damaged. I pointed out these issues and filed a formal complaint with the person who handed the car over to me. I simply want all the damage caused by the crash to be repaired. The insurance company has approved the work, yet it was not done correctly. I am still left with a problematic vehicle—what options can you offer me? I have already filed a claim with the insurance company and am awaiting a response; please, I ask that you not leave me in this disadvantageous position.

Excessive wind noise is coming from the replaced door, upon further inspection noticed the door is mis aligned and gaps in the weather stripping around the door indicating improper installation. Will be contacting both your company and Geico to help resolve.

I had a very disappointing experience with this collision center. The door was not repaired properly, and the quality of the work was not what I expected. The door still does not look or function the way it should. After an accident, I trusted this shop to properly repair my vehicle, but unfortunately I was not satisfied with the result.
