I got rear ended a month before my family was scheduled to PCS across the country. The people at Caliber Collision weren’t just professional, but they genuinely seemed to care not just about the accident but about my situation. They had my car back to me in less than two weeks and I am floored not just by the speed at which they got it repaired and returned to me, but the quality of their work is among the best I’ve personally seen. My car looks like the accident never happened. They were great with communication and I was provided with a folder with all the work they had done on the car, parts, labor, and also an information sheet with tips explaining how to best care of the newly painted parts to keep from accidentally damaging the paint. While I don’t hope to get in any more accidents, I would highly recommend them to anyone who would find themselves in that situation. They managed to take the stressful situation and turn it into something I could walk away feeling really good about.

Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did they ask if I was okay, but they offered me coffee and left no questions unanswered. On top of everything, when I went to pick up my car I noticed that they had cleaned the whole interior. It looked like I’d gotten a detail. They don’t miss a thing here, it’s incredible.
