I had no idea what to expect, but Caliber made it easy. They recommended the towing service which was great. They kept me appraised of the status of the repair nearly every day. My car was done 2 days early and they dropped off the rental car. Everyone I dealt with at Caliber was polite and knowledgeable. If you need body work, do yourself a favor and contact Caliber.

It took longer than I was expecting. I dont know if it was actually at Caliber or at the dealership that was the hold up. My completion date kept changing 7-15 to 7-17 to 7-21 to 7-22 and only after I called on the 21st at 4:30pm. The 22nd was my birthday so playing the waiting game for a phone call was frustrating.
