Overall, the repair was done properly however, there was a lot of white dust all in my vehicle and fingerprints on the outside and inside of my car. Also, in my trunk, there was packaging from the parts that were ordered along with the white dust. They could’ve vacuumed and cleaned the vehicle before returning it to me.

They were easy to get a hold of, however, the first initial day I just felt rushed and I think moving forward they don’t need to make the customer feel like the car needs to be brought in the shop that day. Originally, I was just trying to get a quote, but I was talked into leaving my car there.

I truly appreciate the attention, especially to the tiny details, that Collison Cares in Shirlington gave to my vehicle. For example, the interior of my car had been cleaned and detailed by the shop by the time I was ready to pick up the vehicle. I really appreciate that nice touch and extra effort.
