When I picked my vehicle up the hood latch sensor was malfunctioning and it was fine before and wasn't even apart of the repair issue. I was told they would order the part and I would hear from them by Wednesday.

The service was great. Ran into some problem which Edwin quickly corrected. The estimate repair time was exact. I didnt have to wait longer than expected and they make they communicate throughout the entire process. All the staff was friendly and very respectful.

There was no communication with shop, I had to call every day to check on when vehicle is finished, still the day off, called to check, the lady over the phone mentioned that she doesn’t know, and she’ll call me back, but she never did
