The replaced bumper doesn’t fit properly around the edges. I trusted this shop since it’s a Honda-certified repair facility and expected better attention to detail, but it looks like they installed a cheap aftermarket bumper instead.

Customer service folks were very helpful when I called them, but too often I had to call to find out if my car was actually ready or not. I got numerous text updates saying my car would be ready on a certain day but when I would call it turns out it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for another few days.

The staff was really nice and handled everything professionally. Also opted for a detail and headlight restoration which was excellent!!
