The customer service was excellent, although the delay in the repair is the only thing that keeps me from giving a 10. It may have been supply chain issues and out of the control of the shop, although I don’t know for sure.

Routine and timely updates from Lela at the Springfield shop. Everyone at Collision Care that I spoke with was professional and timely in their communication. There was a delay in when I was able to pick the car up from when initially promised.
