Left equipment in my vehicle. Tore my state inspection sticker and hid it in the glove compartment and then lied about it being free to have the sticker replaced at any garage or just put the amount as part of my insurance claim. After going to a few it was the same answer “that”s not true and you must pay”. Somehow 43 gallons of gas was used and not replaced only for the vehicle to be driven about 15 miles.

We were told that everything is fixed, but when we received the car half of the broken parts were not fixed or done incorrectly. Now I am calling every day to get them fixed but they just keep saying tomorrow and it’s been over a week.

My experience with CollisionCare and Chuck was excellent. I was kept up to date with my car’s progress and any questions I had were answered. The staff was friendly and the waiting area was clean. I appreciated Collision Care taking care of all of my rental car arrangements. When I picked up my car after it was fixed, it looked great!

My Steering wheel is not level, the traction control no longer works, the camber on my wheel alignment was not completed per Brian the car pulls to the right. I do not want to talk with Brian I would rather talk to Tyler.
