Service and timeliness was great. The only reason not a 10 is because I can still see a little damage…. But, if you are not looking for the damage you probably won’t see it.

They resolved an issue with Geico accusing me of fraud. It was clear the car was hit by another car while parked and Geico accused me of doing the damage and lying. Collision Care immediately shared their assessment and the fact that there was paint from the other vehicle. Very appreciative that they pushed back on the adjustor with the facts.
