They called to say the vehicle was ready but upon inspection my tail light was still damaged. They changed it right away but it seemed like a huge oversight

From start to finish they kept me updated about the progress of my repair and held true to the timing of having it completed that I was told from day 1. People at front desk were always nice and helpful. However my bumper wasn’t placed in correctly after having to leave work and pick it up- I mentioned it to the gentleman helping me who at first said oh it’s normal to have a gap in between the bumper but then had it brought back in to have it looked at. I waited over an hour for the gentleman to come back to say where they ordered the part from actually sent the wrong bracket and that they’d order a new one and call me at some point that week to come back in and have it switched out (cool stuff happens I get it) I never got a call so I called back and set up another appt to come back- came back and again was the wrong part so now waiting again for this bracket piece, which I will have to take off work AGAIN to come have them hopefully put it in correctly. Not to mention when I waited the hour initially they scratched up a piece that was just replaced and I had to mention it to the man helping me the most recent time which he said they’d also order that piece aswell and replace that. Although people have been kind It has been a lot of back and fourth for me which is not ideal.

Although they didn’t catch all the damage on the first assessment, they were very helpful to accommodate me when I returned for the additional repairs. Very helpful and friendly staff.
