The shop charged us for radiator coolant and to recharge the AC; however, these services were not provided. When we picked the car up, the AC blew hot air and the car overheated and broke down and had to be towed back to the shop. The hood does not not line up evenly with the front fenders of the car, the plastic in one of the front wheel wells is sticking out and was not installed correctly. The car whistles when driven over 40 mph. The mechanic broke the door handle and did not repair it. There is weather stripping missing from portions of the car. And when the wheel is turned all the way to the right the tire rubs against something

When I asked about the damage to the car after it overheated and was returned to the shop and when I asked about what was wrong when the car returned to the shop, the employee said there was nothing wrong and it needed less than 1/4 to top it off. However, when the car broke down there was no coolant in the radiator or in the reserve tank.

Great communication, everyone was very friendly and professional, very flexible scheduling, managed communication with my insurance, helped with the rental car- I hadn’t been in an accident in a long time and didn’t really know what to do, but CollisionCare care made the repair process seamless and easy
