Loved the work. Cannot tell where the new paint is at. The whole car color is the same. They cleaned the inside of the car. What a nice gesture!

People are nice and the work was fine but the follow up and QC were not in line with my expectations.

I had a recalled part that took an extremely long time to acquire. I would have expected a call to let me know as soon as this was dicoveeed so I could have returned my rental and gotten my truck back until the part was available. The shop had my truck for over a month and i could have been using it for work. Additionally the mirror was not replaced from the collision and no one called to let me know they missed the repair. I had to call and ask why this was not completed. I had to follow up to ensure I get the repair done and it is causing an inconvenience to have to return to have this performed.
