I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of service I received, especially from Ebony. We had some frustrating delays during the repair process (not CV’s fault), and Ebony kept me updated every step of the way. It was even evident that she was pursuing non traditional avenues for acquiring the oil pan that was proving elusive. Additionally, my license plate was temporarily lost during the repair process, and I received a DC ticket for not having a front plate. The ticket was immediately paid for by the shop. I can’t express how much I appreciated this. Customer service can make up for so many other things, and in this case the service I’ve received has far outweighed any inconvenience caused.
