On the Day that we went to pick up the car we noticed they had missed a spot so we advised the technician who agreed that that spot should have been repaired. When we went back to pick up the vehicle they had repaired it and it looked great.

I did not get a call to go over the damages and estimate yesterday. I was told my car would be ready next week. I did not get a call that my car was ready. However, I just got a text message after hours asking if I picked up my car. When I called the number on the card given to me I was told it was after hours and that the Collision Center was closed and I couldn’t pick my car up until Monday.

They did I a good job replacing my back window and even washed my POV before returning it to me. I also appreciate the fact they gave me a ride home when I dropped off my POV and picked me up when it was ready.
