Other than the initial miscommunication about the time frame and rental car situation I liked getting weekly updates. But when i called because i thought was taking to long, i was told it would only be another week, and it was another 3 weeks. Daniel was very pleasant to work with.

Our truck was damaged in NW Montana and left in Idaho to be repaired. The repair job was horrible. Brought the truck home to Collision Center NW where they were outstanding as far as answering the phone, answering our questions fully, and helping us throughout the entire process with the insurance company.
