The service was completed quickly which I appreciate. No visual evidence that the car had been repaired. I greatly appreciate your techs taking the time to clean out the inside of my car. I wasnt expecting that. Great touch. Definitely shows you care about the customer. Will definitely bring my car back if I am ever unfortunate enough to have an issue like this again.

It’s not a bad shop, but I feel like the repairs could have been completed in full prior to saying the vehicle was ready for pickup. It didn’t need to be rushed.

The alignment is off and when I called to schedule it, the front desk clerk Precious (who is very pleasant on the phone) never called me back. It’s happened twice. I’ve had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks and still haven’t been able to schedule to have the alignment corrected. It’s not totally the businesses fault. I share the vehicle with my spouse so it’s hard to schedule. They are aware though and I told Precious my situation. She politely told me she’d check with Mike and call/text me back in an hour. That was 2 days ago and I’m still waiting.
