Dealing with the insurance and the repair took longer than I thought(1 month going on 2) being that they couldn’t start on my car until they knew who was paying for what. Mr. Charles kept me updated with everything and made sure I knew what was going on with my car, I really appreciate him for that. When I finally did get my car back the battery has not been keeping a charge because the new one they did put was not fitting correctly and holding tight.

Impeccable service from start to finish! I would highly recommend Collision King to friends and family. My vehicle went in with driver side damage and I got my car back like brand new! From the new doors to the great detail job! I’m highly satisfied. I got updates through out the duration of my vehicle being fixed. Mr. Charles is stellar. we took in our vehicle with no flat tries. After months of waiting for our vehicle to be done they pulled it up with a flat tire basically driving it on the rim. I was informed that the tire pressure was low due to “normal wear at tear” just the same thing they said about my battery so I already paid $395 for that, They come back and tell me that there was something that punctured the tire. I was told that they were going to fill up the tire and I have to drive to a local tire shop to get it plugged or patched up. None The tires on the vehicle were punctured since the accident in fact we Had the car towed to your storage facility then towed back to our home then towed again to your storage facility all on a flat bed tow truck where then you guys started the work and each time the tires were not flat. After i mentioned this they said it would be 1hr and a half to get anyone to work on it for anything after they had called me to pick up up already. After I called my husband and got the kids out the car they said they would plug the car but i would need to take it somewhere to patch it up even though this was done while the vehicle was under the facilities care.
