Collision King’s repair service could use some improvement. My car is making sounds while driving and stopping. My rear bumper is scratched, as well as rear-lights being scratched.

The front desk did not know what was going on with the cars. They would give out false information or information about the wrong car. I had to go up there in person to check on my car, which was an inconvenience. It was also hard to get someone on the phone as well.
