Awesome work, paint match I can't even tell the difference, fitment is as good as it can get, my only complain is that it took way too long, but I guess that comes with the level of work they did.

Worse experience ever. I had never had to experience the worse customer service. I dropped my car off on October the 5th and did not get it back a month later. I understand that now it’s hard to get parts but this was ridiculous. And when I picked up my car they were so worried about the insurance check only they didn’t even go over the repairs with me. I inspected the repair myself and noticed some issues that I was not satisfied with. I Immediately went back to ask for Luis the gentleman that helped me with my claim. I asked why the issues that I found were not completed and he responded by saying that the insurance didn’t not approve of those repairs. I responded to him by saying why did they think that it’s was ok to return my car with them not going over the repairs with me and then I told them I will contact the insurance company and get back with them. I contacted the insurance agent I explain to agent of issues with repairs and ask why the repairs not approved. Agent advised me that all repairs were approved and forwarded me the estimate that was approved for repairs and they we’re all approved. I than contact and emailed the shop the estimate. I spoke with Luis and confirm that he received the estimate we’re the missing issues we’re approved. He informed me that he was placing the order of missing parts and would let me know when to bring my car back to complete repairs. It’s now been two weeks. I contact the shop and ask to speak with a manager. I left him a message two weeks ago and have had a return call till this day. I am so disgusted with the poor customer service. Hopefully I will never have to bring my car never and even if I was to ever have the need for a body shop or car service I will NEVER EVER bring my car to King Collision.
