Repairs were completed but one of the dents extended further down the panel and that additional area was not fully repaired, even though it was all from one incident.

Good communication and glad they were able to pickup and drop off the unit. But, I did receive a message saying the vehicle was in the finishing stages and the shop would reach out to me to schedule delivery and I didn’t receive the vehicle back for another two weeks. If the vehicle still had two weeks left of service, please don’t send a message saying it’s in the finishing stages.

I dealt with Charlie and he was absolutely amazing as far as customer service. As far as the truck it looks perfect but there’s constant squeaking while driving and the handling feels unstable and the alignment is off.. points to driver side when driving straight. The truck just isn’t right. The company as far as working with you and insurance was flawless and zero complaints.
