The window to my speed monitor is broken. I just now had to buy new bulbs for my back lights. I got light I put on the inside the plug is broken. If I ever get hit by another tow truck of there's, Im sueing them. Not letting the fix my shit.

I felt duped into having Collision King do the repairs by signing what I thought were papers to bring my car out of storage when I felt I made it very clear I wanted the work done at Service King in Pearland, which was closer to me and also housed Enterprise Rental Cars. Admittedly, I should have read what I was signing, My car was in service nearly 2 months, and after the rental car time expired, I was given a loaner car from Collision King, but it was in bad shape. Although David was my saving grace and faithful in giving me progress reports twice a week and offering a better loaner car, I felt under the circumstances (my husband being very ill and my living over 20 miles away), someone from Collision King should have traded off the loaner car at my home instead of my having to travel that far in a faulty automobile (which I opted not to do but hold on until the repair on my car was finished).

David and Charlie were very helpful getting my car worked on as fast as possible and keeping me updated on what was being done, they were both very professional and kind. They put all the original parts on my car and made it look better than before. I highly recommend going to Collision King if you want any work done to your vehicle!
