It took awhile, but it turns out, it was for good reason. Collision King and its employee know that they are working for the customer, not just for the insurence company. Most of the bad reviews that I have see are about the time it takes, and since people depend on their cars in a town like Houston it is hard for some people to understand the interaction that apparently exists between insurence companies and the vendors that actually do the repairs. I think that Collision King works to make sure that they and the insurence company look good, and the customer is happy.

Collision King worked well with insurence company to make sure that a complete list of damages, even the damage that pops up durning repairs, are included in the insurence claims. I know because their reports to the customer are almost daily. The repairs took time, but reports explained why. As a result.
