Hello, I really enjoy working with the people at Collision King; in the past, it was with Charles. It took two weeks to get my car back. One thing that is lacking is a real solid way of communicating with the client. Daniela could be a great resource for you in this regard. Oscar seemed on top of it, however, the timing was off – taking much too long. But he is very nice guy and seems to know his stuff. I will use you in the future.

Storage light was supposed to be accessible 24 hours. I'm more than one occasion I came to the lot, once at night and 3 other times early in the morning. There was no one available to allow access to the vehicle or to pay for storage
