Scott was awesome from the start to finish in this process. His kept me informed on all details or issues. If I reached out or called he quickly answered me with any questions that I might have. The repairs on the car were flawless as well. The repair time was estimated for a longer but they got them done a couple of weeks early. I would highly recommend Collision Masters to everyone.

You guys did a wonderful job repairing my car. It looks brand new! You had even vacuumed the inside of my car when I picked it up. First of all, the business was exceptionally organized and clean. The staff were professional. The repair results were excellent.

Other repair work for insurance was okay, which is why I have provided medium rating.

Was quoted for two services, one to be paid out of pocket the other to be paid by insurance. The out of pocket was quoted at $185 and 2 weeks later when the car was actually in the shop, I was told it would be $1231.00. Collision Masters did not try meet me in the middle for the misquote, did not offer alternative services, and to boot the car came back with my center console latch broken. This is also not to mention that during the repair, my car repair completion was delayed due to someone scratching it during reassembly. Not at all what I anticipated working with this company.
