Tony was great! Kept me updated every step throughout the process. I mentioned to him at drop-off that I was going to have to pay (then get reimbursed) for a rental vehicle during the repair, even though I was not responsible for the accident. He then contacted the at-fault driver's insurance company and arranged for them to pay for the rental car! Truly above and beyond customer service!
