Dawn was absolutely amazing. She helped me thru the whole process. She made sure I had a rental car there to get me when I was having issues with the Insurance. My car looks all pretty again after hitting a deer. They are definitely people I would take my car back to (hoping I never hit a deer again)

Yes, I would definitely recommend the service center to anyone throughout the new River Valley area. I would give them the highest rating over the four such service centers in this area, including Caliber and collision +1.

Repair Quality

The repairs were done efficiently and correctly. However, as I subsequently learn, the store is not open on Fridays and this just delays getting the repairs made. I do not understand. My business of this type is closed on a Friday when they are usually backlogged already other than that the people at this facility are fantastic. Some of the best in the business in this area. I do find it is easier to get repairs made here and quicker than a collision plus one which is often months backlogged with no hope of getting your car repair made any time in the future. I would also rate collision +2 higher than Caliber collision in Blacksburg, which often leaves items uncorrected..

Customer Service

Customer service is absolutely excellent through all levels of the company. Dawn, you greet you when you bring the vehicle in for service and check you out when it’s fixed is fantastic. She gets an A+ plus for customer service. She explains everything thoroughly and don’t know if a customer has questions she goes over in detail the answer to those questions. I observe this myself. She also explains to you the paperwork that you check out with which I’ve never had another service of this type do they just usually hand it to you and you walk out the door.
