Not only is the repair PERFECT, it’s the best looking part of my entire car now! Lol Not just that but I had a floor mat on the driver’s side that was all crunched up and I had no idea how to fix it. Someone that works there, I don’t know who, fixed that for me and I’d like to say a huge thank you to whoever did that! That was above and beyond and you guys didn’t have to do that. I appreciate that my repair never changed. It was the same price I was quoted, even though I know estimates can go up or down depending upon certain things. Dawn is amazing! She’s super quick at calling you back and you kept me informed the entire way through. Thank you so much for doing such an amazing job and going above and beyond for me! I noticed that floor mat as soon as I got in the car as it was bothering me but I couldn’t fix it. So thank you all very much! I would also like to mention Brian. He was very sweet, made good eye contact with me, and was thorough. He was also very pleasant, as was Dawn!

Brian and Dawn are both AMAZING! They’re so sweet and really try to make this process as stress-free as they can. They tell you what to expect, about how long your repairs will take, they stay in contact with you and keep you informed. I love that I could teach my car’s repair to see what stage it was in!

The team gave a reasonable estimate and the final price actually came out slightly below the estimate which was a good surprise. This car had value to me as it belonged to a now deceased family member, and getting it in good shape meant a great deal. The staff went above and beyond on the work and exceeded my expectations, even without knowing what the vehicle meant to me. I would recommend anyone to this business without hesitation.
