You did what you said you would do! You dealt with my insurance company so I didn’t have too! The truck came back like new even after replacing the side of the bed. The paint matched with the truck so I really couldn’t tell it was painted and I couldn’t find any overspray. Dawn is so nice and thorough you couldn’t complain about anything even if you wanted too!! First, I wasn't the easiest customer after being told the repair would take an indefinite amount of time due to parts issues. With that said, Joe had repeated phone calls with me with updates and talking about options. I want to personally thank him for all the effort he gave us. The vehicle repair looks phenomenal. Hopefully, I never need your services again! But if I do, I will not be going anywhere else. Thank you!!

Every staff member I interacted with was fantastic. They all took the time to answer any questions or concerns I had and kept me up to date on what was going on with my repairs. Dawn is especially sweet and helpful. You can tell she truly enjoys helping the clients. Will always come back if I need more repairs and will recommend collision plus especially this location.

Dawn is a saint. I don’t know how anyone could be as nice as her without some sort of performance enhancing drug. Is she on steroids for niceness? Cause she must be on them cause she’s exceptional. Give her a pay raise cause she deserves it.
