Richard, the manager, brought the car back with a piece missing. He said he would come and snap it in when I was at work and it's been almost a week and the piece is still missing

This place is a complete joke. I have had multiple problems from this place all because of the manager Richard. He is unprofessional and lies to his costumers. He doesn't remember anything and goes back on his word. He should not be in charge of anything. Todd was very helpful and so was dawn, without them the place wouldn't be standing.
