Like I said earlier I don't feel that all damaged items were repaired as they should have.

The overall quality was good but my grill on my car is still cracked. It was not replaced during the repair of my vehicle. The headlight that was used does not match the original headlight so when I do sell my car eventually I'm afraid I won't get a good value because of this

Pictures! - maybe it's just me, and it might be too much trouble, but I signed up for 'daily updates' thinking I'd actually get informative updates ...turned out just being a relative waste of both parties time; the state of my car was never described, nor were the updates of the timeline ever news-worthy, and those even became inaccurate by the end. Something that might make the customer feel a bit more involved would be actual status updates; best case scenario? - a picture with a brief description. Otherwise, the whole process seems almost magical ...which another customer might actually enjoy? - I don't know.
