When I'm in gear but stopped (like at a stop light), there is a vibration/rattle happening. You can see the hood shaking, and you can hear and feel the vibration in the passenger compartment. Can I drop it back by sometime to have this looked at? No rush, I won't have any spare time until next week. And I'll probably need to wait while you guys look at it, my wife will be out of town with our other vehicle. Or if you have a shuttle that could take me to work and bring me back when the car is ready, that would work well, too. Thanks! Greg Bump

Picked up vehicle and drove it home only to have all the parts come loose the following day. Parts had been put on with two sided tape instead of clips. They did remedy this the following business day but that was too late.

Unfortunately, a dent remains, and the paint job seems off on the rear right side door. There is an odd deep refraction of light in the same area where the dent remains (top right quadrant of said door). I will be contacting your office about it soon.

I have had 2 cars repaired at Collision Plus and I would not go anywhere else.

It took way to long to get parts maxed out my rental and I had to pay 188.00 more for rental. Also when I picked up car no one took me outside to look at repairs to see if I was satisfied. They used to do this. Customer service has gone down and parts should not take that long. No one really cared
