The staff were very helpful, friendly, and professional. My estimator was courteous and provided an accurate estimate. On the day scheduled for my repair, the area had a major snowstorm, shutting down many businesses, but Collision Plus was open and started my repair. The car rental people could not come to pick me up, but a Collision Plus employee drove me to the rental agency in his four-wheel-drive vehicle. My car was finished on time and looks good..
