Would be helpful for office to be open until 5:30. I received call during a meeting that car would be ready to pick up at 4:45 and office would close promptly at 5. Difficult since I work until 5.

I wish you'd been able to get my vehicle back to me a little sooner--I understand you repair a lot of vehicles, parts have to be ordered, etc., but it is difficult to be without a vehicle for weeks. That said, however, I'm happy with the amount of communication and the updates on my vehicle's status, and the work was done well. Thanks!

The entire passenger side damage was overlooked and required my car going back into the shop. Not entirely Collision Plus' fault.
