You all are fantastic. You take the unpleasant and you make it all better. Your staff members are efficient and courteous. The work done on my vehicle is excellent. You go the extra mile in everything you do. The pain of swiping the credit card was nearly erased when I climbed into my beautifully detailed mini van. As a mom of 3, it's a rare and glorious moment to sit in a clean vehicle. I wish all businesses gave your level of customer service. Thank you! I hope you take it the right way when I say: I hope I don't see you all anytime soon. Or at least, we really need to stop meeting this way. :)
