I enjoyed working with your staff at all levels. From scheduling my estimate to working with USAA to having the repair guy explain what needed to be done and have the car turn out wonderfully, you helped ease the anxiety over my accident! However, I rated your customer service a 9 because scheduling my repair could have been a bit better. My initial date to drop off my car was a week later than first available and when I called back to change my date to the week prior, I thought everything was confirmed. I ended up calling a couple of days before I was hoping to drop off my car to find out the date wasn't changed and I will need to drop off my car a week later. Everything turned out great, but I was kinda bummed about the scheduling mishap.

Although I am satisfied with the final outcome, I hope Collision Pro is taking steps to confirm that their quality control issues are being addressed. The car should not have had buff marks on it after it was freshly painted and it should not have been released to the customer with system errors. It seems that a final quality control check was missed prior to stating the vehicle was completed. They did remedy the issues in a timely manner.
