First they told me it would take 7 days to repair and to drop it off Wednesday. It actually took 8 days. They asked me to pick up the vehicle at 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 and the car wasn't ready until 6pm. They knew I was waiting and needed to pick up my son from daycare and decided to take their time washing and drying the car. The work was fine but this is not good customer service. Honor your time frames.

I was disappointed that my car had to be there an extra three days but I'd rather have that than for it to have been rushed. My car looked great!
