Kept appointment booked as stated and was able to authorize order of repair parts since check from USAA had been received though I had forgotten to drop off signed waiver form and contact form. This is the way it should be. Once appointment is made and check is received then appointment is confirmed. Thank you for commitment to excellent customer service.
