The estimate and repair went flawlessly however they forgot to put a part on my repair so had it exposed for a few days also I felt the repair was not complete because I had to go to the dealer to finish the repair

Cleaning department needs improvement. I understand the snow event may have caused the lack of detail. Had to come back to get the vehicle fixed from overspray that I think should have be caught and noticed by the cleaning team.
