I was impressed by the high level of customer service communications. During a visit to the work location, they completed a step by step process on the repair cycle and satisfied me that the process was well managed and managed by a well documented quality control process.

Good updates. Arrangements with the rental car, where I was able to drop the rental at your shop and enterprise came and picked it up, was very convenient and helpful

Liked the text updates. Lady at front desk extremely nice, polite and helpful. Might suggest a conversation at the beginning setting expectations. What the damge is, process to repair the car, what happens if something new is found, etc.
