1st day for an appointment several employees were heard talking unprofessionally in the back. Close the door so I cant hear it. Next is lack of communication. I left my car, called a few days later and guy said he didnt know what was going on with my car. few days later I called and was told they were waiting for an approval from insurance to fix the car. I wouldve taken the car back but couldnt. Then suddenly they call 2 days later at 3pm to tell me to come pick up my car at 4pm since its done. like what? drop everything Im doing? The job on the hood looks good. but paint residue is all over the window seals, driver side and passenger side. New scratch on driver side wheel panel. I just wanted to be done with this place so took the car. Wont recommend this place and will leave a similar review online.
