I was not informed of your payment practice of cash or cashiers check. My vehicle was being paid for by a third party. He wanted to pay by which ever method was required. Your company called me to ask me about adding a extra to a detail service to my car. At 4pm on friday I was notified that the car was ready and I needed to bring cash or cashiers check. The amount was different and I had to alter plans to secure payment. If I had been given the correct payment information sooner. I would have arrange differently. Very frustrating.
