Not perfect, but 99%. I had gone through state farm insurance. I went to another shop before this. That shop, and the insurance company worked together to total my car after 1 month of run around, and my car wasn't touched. Not collision pros. They saved my faith in a company that does the job right. I was so frazzled from the other shop, and got a 2nd opinion with collision pros. They are prompt, and up front. They were very good with communications along the way about progress on the car. They fixed the car for the price they stated originally. Even in the face of the insurance company that tried to total my car through them as well as the 1st shop. Collision pros did not fall for these tactics, and told them what was needed, and stuck to it. The whole place is friendly atmosphere, and I could not be happier. They fixed my car, and even did a few little tweaks that were unnecessary, but they just did them anyways to my benefit. Jose and the ladies at the counter were helping me along the way, and I recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

The work they did do seems very good. And they couldn't help parts were delayed just better communication would have been better for me.

I am unsure of it is repaired all the way. It started now making noises when I'm driving from the one side this weekend. A couple things in the car don't seem to work which worked prior to the accident. I get the back end got to force of impact but the whole car jumped a curve so I think some things might have more damage then was thought.

They were very friendly but not really good on updates. At first I was told 2 to 3 weeks for my car. I had to call to find things out. A couple times I was called but not until towards the end. Better communication would have been awesome. They ended up having my car for 73 days I believe way over the original 2 to 3 weeks I was told.
