The WORST experience EVER, from the actual work to the customer service. Repairs were said to be done at multiple different times, was giving the run around for when it would actually be finished, literally from Monday to Wednesday, and Friday like clockwork for a period of 2(two) weeks. When "done" the hood (which was one of the reasons for repair) didn't even close (latch) so went back immediately, also some visible paint with dirt or something caught under the coating and the hood to this day doesn't stay up when trying to open also pointed out where the gas goes wasn't properly put together was missing screws as for the "extra" work they did to the bed it seems as NOTHING was actual done. Still have some visible bumps from hail damage, and the scratches that were thought to be gone were visible again after car was washed at home. The customer service was the worst, to the point the manager was giving a deadline to return the truck. The manager in last conversation made a mistake or joke saying "dominios" and laughing when picking up the phone as if it was some kind of joke.

I would recommend for quality of work and distilling, but would tell anyone I referred they will need to stay proactive on gettingnstatus updates because otherwise they will have no odea what is going on w their vehicle unless they call themselves. BECAUSE THE SHOP DORS NOT CALL

They were suppose to follow up on the bumper repair supplement and notify us when it got approved. Haven't heard anything unless we call. The work is good but communication is -7
