Everything went well,car was fixed to my satisfaction,the staff are nice and friendly.The only problem was that the car was not completed in the time frame promised.Eventually got a rental car.Overall,I was satisfied.

Did a good job, only wish someone would have called with updates. Never received one update, I always had to call. The car looks great though and was very clean when we got it back!

There is a new scratch on the hood that was not there before the repair. We were told the car would be ready and had to wait over an hour to get the car. The car was going to be released and the scratch and paint had not even been buffed out The detailing was lousy as the windows and mirrors were dirty. The staff was so disorganized and was not impressed.

Lousy customer service!! The staff is so disorganized and the car was going to be released with the paint and scracth not being buffed out. One of the staff was wearing those most unprofessional dress that looked like a nightgown, There was no organization and the yelling back and forth between the staff was unbelievable. The detailing was lousy. I would NOT reccommend this business and will notify American Family,
