The color was incorrect and did not match my car. When I asked for my extra paint, which was noted in my request on the first day I dropped it off, they did not give me any. When I brought it up, they got huffy and said they forgot and that I didn’t remind them. I didn’t remind them because I was already upset about the color being wrong, though I could still have used the extra paint for other areas of the car if needed. I came back exactly three weeks later, which was the same day they said they were allowed to throw the extra paint away. Because of how I was treated, I will never use this shop again. They told me they guarantee their work, yet the color is way off and now they refuse to stand behind the workmanship. They said there’s nothing they can do. I would like a call back from the owner to address and rectify my dissatisfaction.

On day one, I was told I would receive the extra paint. When I came back and asked for it, they said it had been thrown away. I was there the exact same day it was supposedly scheduled to be disposed of — if it was ever thrown out at all. My paint didn’t match. At first, he gaslit me, insisting it did match. Eventually he admitted, “Okay, I see it doesn’t match,” but then claimed “plastic absorbs differently.” Yet my back bumper matches perfectly so if that’s true, why isn’t my back bumper off color too? They lied about everything. I am beyond upset with the entire experience. When I came in for the estimate he should’ve told me the bumper being plastic will probably not match the rest of the car and we’re not going to make it as glossy either. Let me know and I’ll see if someone else will guarantee the end results that I’m looking for.

The repair was great! The only issue was adhesive residue left in a couple of places. Looks like my camera was covered from the outside of the windshield which left residue
