Car was in the shop for almost a month. We were told a few times that it would be ready and each time the date got pushed back further and further. The disappointing issue was when we met there with the vehicle and showed the estimator some scratches on the front passenger door we were told those would be handled. After almost a month and 9 thousand dollars they were not handled as promised.

The folks at Collision Solution have earned my business for life. They have demonstrated their commitment to performing services that are executed properly and to OEM standards. My business with this shop was the result of a terrible experience with a competitor, where my expectations were lowered to the point of being happy if the car had consistent clear coat applied. Collision Solution raised the bar again and made the car to appear as if nothing had changed prior to the damage.
